At Aurelio Salon & Spa in Howell, NJ, we are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional salon experience. To ensure that our time and our guests’ time is respected, we have established the following salon policies.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. We ask that guests provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Deposits
A deposit is required for certain services at the time of booking. Your stylist or our front desk team will advise you if a deposit is required when scheduling your appointment.
New Guest Consultations
All new guests are required to complete a consultation prior to their service appointment. This allows your stylist to understand your hair history, goals, and expectations — and ensures we can deliver the best possible results from your very first visit.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please be aware that arriving late may affect the time available for your service. In some cases, a late arrival may require us to reschedule or modify your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
Guest Experience
Aurelio Salon & Spa is a professional salon environment. We ask that guests please silence mobile phones during their visit and be mindful of other guests’ experience. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
